Retrofits

  • Made initial contact with administrators, contractors and HOA members

  • On-site investigation with Property Manager, Tenants reported on problems and remedies

  • Retrofit dozens of single family and multifamily housing units across Ski Co housing portfolio

  • Developed scope of work; negotiated contracts, and served as on-site supervisor finalizing invoices and payments

  • Building Optimization and Energy Retrofit 475 unit’s multi-family housing for City of Aspen and Town of Snowmass Colorado
